You can also get the same benefits by playing a sport instead of just going and working out. This is an option that most people will find to be lot more fun.
The main thing when it comes to getting enough exercise is to make sure that find something that you are going to stick with. The so called experts have got most people convinced that they have to work out in a certain way to get results. In reality the best exercise program is the one that you are actually going to do. If that means going to the gym great however if you are not someone who enjoys the gym then there is no reason that you have to go. There are lots of other ways that you can work out and you should look into one of those.
